Posterous theme by Cory Watilo

What's a week like in our fridge, on our table, and at the store?

A few people have contacted me asking about our weekly menu and grocery bill.

Before I share this week's info, I want to clarify that "what we do" isn't strictly "paleo." Sometimes I call it paleo. Sometimes I call it primal. What I call it doesn't much matter. I really focus on cutting wheat and processed sugars. I'm not great at cutting those things -- sugars being much harder than wheat -- but that's what I'm attempting to do. So, that's my disclaimer for the day. If you (whoever "you" is, in this case) ever get to the point where you've informed yourself enough about how you're eating to call me out on "Hey! That's not paleo." More power to ya. Want some ammo? Tuesday was our son's second birthday. I ate ice cream from Cold Stone! With cookie dough pieces!! #duckandcover

That said, here's this week's grocery list. I'm really hoping the links on the meals side works so if something looks good you can click on it.

I don't know how the formatting will show up, as I just copy/pasted from our Google Doc.
